Sorry gang, I'm kinda ignorant when it comes to the nitty gritty particulars of the gasguns. Tried searching but didn't find what I was looking for.

I have a DPMS SASS (18" bbl) that I'm converting to 260. I have a DPMS 20" 260 bbl I'd like to stick on it.

SASS gas block is ~.936", 260 gas block is .750", so I bought a troy low profile gasblock.

SASS gas tube is too short, by about 3". I can measure this exactly if that is needed, but I figured y'all would know exactly what I need, and point me in the right direction to purchase the required tube.... So... What do I need?

If it helps any, I'm handy and can cut/trim/bend as necessary.

Re: DPMS Gas Tubes

Thanks!

So just to confirm:

My SASS gastube measures 11.5" from the retaining pin in the gasblock to the tip of the tube... Which would make it the "midlength" length?

"Rifle Length" will measure about 14.5"?

ETA:

Also, will any "rifle length" AR15 tube do, or do I have to get a DPMS specific one?
