I just bought a DPMS LR-308 with the 16" barrel and would like to put a quad rail system on there. My question is will a quad rail from an AR15 fit on the LR-308???

Negative.
The only exception to that rule would be one of the 2pc "quad rail" style handguards that simply snap in place of the standard A2/Mid-length/CAR plastic handguards (but NO with respect to your typical FF handguards/rails/tubes).
