i have never seen dragunov receivers, but Centerfire Systems has PSL/FPK receivers listed

PSL and Dragunov are two totally different rifle systems.

Yoy are right i was wrong on dragunov milled receiver. I would like to find a milled action i could build on.

I've always wanted to make one. maybe one day, I can get caught up on some other projects and actually have the time to start designing and cutting one.

the dragunov is nothing more than a short stroke gas piston system chambered in 7.62x54r.

unless you have several cases of 7n1 russian match ammo, the weapon will be no better than a PSL.

Even though this site loves to hate 'em, Red Jacket made their name on AK based rifles and are known to be one of the best builders for that particular platform. Their show may be just pure Hollyweird, but they are still a reputable AK shop.

I want one for pig hunting but with a good thick barrel, shorter maybe 20" and a good tune up. not worry abt loosing brass, my other sticks use lapua so they are out except my AR heavy barrel by Rock Creek. MM
