@lowlight mentioned being at the range when a magnum AR blew up. I forget who made it. Tie it to a tire, put a string around the trigger, and get back a ways before you shoot it ?

It was a DRD just like this one.

buddy of mine had one blow up in his face at Shot Show And it's not the only one.

I know of other DRD rifles cratering and hurting people, avoid like the plague

I have Barrett MRAD 338 LM , and like to get another 338 LM rifle , and I do research this DRD rifle is 1 MOA at 100 years so if shoot 1000 yards Or more , than it will be XX MOA , have one for sell ( trade ) , I will pass

you don't want a magnum semi auto and getting them to shoot 1 moa even at 100 is not gonna happen for 99% out there

A Few years ago I see one M2 Browning .50 cal with 1000 rounds ammo and tripod for $11000 , I ask wife

Eh, supposedly, the AA piece was used to make four consecutive hits on a 12" steel at 1400 yards; it seems to me that most precision-oriented rifles/shooters would be hard pressed to duplicate that feat. It's certainly within the skill set of a few, but far from all.

That said, for all I know, those results were achieved with the rifle in a solid fixture of some sort... which would be kinda cheating, even if it does demonstrate the consistency of the gun/ammo.
