DTA Best purchase for the $

I have a friend who is on the fence on buying a DTA-srs. He's getting into long range shooting and that's what he has his eyes set on for now. He was questioning accuracy and so i was hoping for some personal insight from people who own or have shot one. Is there a better rifle for the price? he's wanting to start out with a 300 win. I have shot the SRS and loved it, will probably buy one down the road, just trying to convince him to buy it so i can play with it for now

The accuracy question is constantly asked and always answered: they are plenty accurate.
