Does anyone know why the Boron Nitrate ones look different now? The ones I got last week were white and powdery like they should be but the ones I have from last year are a golden brown.

I don't know what the actual difference is, but I've shot the old ones and the new ones, with no velocity change or anything else that I could see exept that they look difference, I kinda liked the little gold flavor on the old ones

The early HxBN coating may reflect being tumbled in machinery that had previously been used for moly. Hard to get that stuff out. I use a jar for tumbling that had been used for moly and that happened to me. Don't know if it is the same color you see though. Now the discoloration has gone away and they are white.

Could be I guess seeing as they don't offer moly anymore. Either way they still shoot well. I just thought it was odd.
