if i have a scope that has a 1/4" adjustment @ 100 yards, what roughly would it adjust in inches @1000 yrds?

.25 inches @ 100 yds so multiply .25x10= 2.5 inches per click @ 1000yds

ok great! i was hopeing it would be that simple. man this place is great, i been hunting and shooting all my life but ive learned more in the couple weeks i been here about cool rifles and shooting than i ever knew exsisted!

.25" clicks value at ranges out to 1K

100-.25
200-.5
300-.75
400- 1.00
500-1.25
600-1.5
700-1.75
800-2.0
900-2.25
1000-2.50

thank you 0311 now i just need to see how much my 6.5 284 is gonna drop and figure out the clicks. any one use that pull out scope deal leupold makes that you can rite down your data?
