At least 3 weeks past the date it was sprayed if it the self curing kind.
Though even with a oven cure one, I'd probably let it sit that long.

As long as you can hold out, although I've assembled things carefully after a week or so. It could all come down to how steady and careful you are.
Just decide how bad you need it "not want" to be mounted, and go from there. The quicker you handle it, the more careful you'll want and need to be.

I mount mine the following day... No issues so far.
I just finished #'s 11 and 12 this week, BTW.
