So after a screw up on my part got my initial efile form 1 disallowed I went to resubmit it and it says the site is down... I understand they take the site down every wednesday for half the day, but it's been down since tuesday afternoon for me. I contacted their "help desk" yesterday and they tell me that the site isn't down and that they would escalate a ticket for me... Anyone else having issues getting on the ATF efile site?

right on, just wanted to make sure it wasn't something on my end like they were implying when they said that the efile site was not down...
Maybe they took it down to add the eform 4 module....

I had a ton of issues when submitting two form 1 on Sunday. Took one no problem and then had the site crash on me half way through filling out the form multiple times. Finally got completely through the second form and was able to pay but when I clicked on submit it crashed and deleted the form I had paid for. Had been in contact with an absolutely wonder and helpful individual by the name Heather Huff on Monday and Tuesday getting it resolved and the payment tagged to another form. I think I had to fill out the damn form 12 times over three days because there were so many issues with the site. They even shut the site down on Monday for a good while for maintenance because of so many issues.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I submitted one on Saturday evening after many failed attempts. I still have not gotten my cover letter e-mail yet. I called today and talked to someone that essentially said, "submit an email request when the website is back up and running."
How did you get in touch with Heather Huff directly?

Good to know. I was about to submit another form1, but I'll hold off a day or two. Just got my approval for a 22lr suppressor. Took just over a month for approval....not too shabby.
resubmitted my form 1 earlier this evening. Had zero problems. Now, hopefully Heather can transfer my print card from the failed Form 1 to the one I just submitted.
Well i got my form resubmitted last night around 8 pm, emailed Heater Huff about transferring my finger print cards as soon as I was done, and this morning at 6:38am I got an email saying my form 1 was approved... First can, can't wait to finish building it now and go test it out!
I am confused. You submitted last night and the next day received an email the next morning stating the same form 1 from the night before was approved?
I originally submitted back in early-mid August. My initial form 1 was disallowed because I failed dto put a physical address in for my trust instead of just a P.O. Box. I contacted the "Ask the experts" through the eforms site about maybe just correcting the current form 1 so my wait wouldn't have to start over. They said the best they could do was maybe transfer my print card from the disallowed form 1 to the new form 1 I was going to have to submit. They said to email them the control number from both form 1s and they would try to get the prints transferred.... Fast forward to last night, I resubmitted the form 1, emailed them the required control numbers, and when I woke up this morning I had an email saying my form 1 had been approved.
Holy hell that is awesome to hear! I’m glad that worked out the way it did for you.
I’m trying to efile a form 1 now but keep getting errors. I can’t even look at my forms that have already been approved. Frustrating to say the least.
