Try contacting EGW. They will be able to tell you. Bases generally are torqued between 45 and 65 in/lbs. But every manufacturer has there own specs.

If you go this tight you will certainly strip those little hex screws when you try and remove them....here is your answer

I have been running my EGW bases at 20in/lbs, with a dab of blue Loctite on them. That is the lowest my in/lb wrench will go.
