Anyone experience issues with their Leica's not cranking out the EHR when you range a target?

When I set mine up for EHR, it should provide a line of sight range, then an EHR range. It does not. Verified at close range, long range, high angle, etc. I'm wondering if these need servicing or if there's a way to factory reset them?
