I saw on the history channel few months back. They had some Spetsnaz guys demoing a AK74, they were using the same tact for combat reloads. I have also seen some IDF guys use it with the there rigs.

One of the fastest M1A reloads I've seen was similar. The full mag was used to hit the release and knock the empty mag clear.

as far as the tactical gear and sandals... no comment.

And get your finger off the damn trigger during the reload. Did you see the nice downward flinch too? Although he is fast on the reload.

If he'd put more than three rounds in each mag, this would be moot. Don't matter how quick the mag change is, not changing the mag is always going to be quicker.

And what the hell happened to positive retention of gear? A magazine fed weapon without a magazine is as good as a paperweight.

Other than that, nice mag change.

Less sandals in that one AND maintaining sight picture & cheek weld pretty well.
