Because eotech won't answer their telephones or won't hire more people to do so, I need a source for a battery compartment and contact replacement kit for a Oct 2008 hws 558.

I have over a hour with 3 separate calls waiting for someone to pick up the line.

I didn't pay 800 dolla for this kind of shitty customer service.

Looks like Eotech isn't even picking up the phone. Seems like chances are slim that they'd be monitoring anything on the Hide.

Because of the age of the sight, I want to make sure I get the correct parts.
That looks similar to the kit I would use to replace the contacts on the sight and I would also need a battery box as well.
