Rifle Scopes EREK BDC ring & slimline knob cover - where 2 buy

Hello sh.

Got USO SN4.
Lost my slimline knob cover during zeroing the scope at the range (i know - my fault)
and realized my handload is similar to M852 round.

So - where can i buy
1.slimline knob cover?
2.EREK BDC engraved ring for M852 round (200-300-400-500-600-700 meters marks with 1/10 mils marks still in place)

i'm international - so basically i assume there is no restricitions on these items and they can be shipped via airmail.
