Any of y'all have one? Found one for about $250 but can't decide if it's worth buying at that price.

I know the mags are hens teeth, but it has one.

According to the Blue Book of Gun Values ERMA-WERKE made the EM-1 .22 Carbine. The book says the EM-1 is a copy of the M1. The ERMA-WERKE EM-1 should be worth $250 if the rifle is in 95% condition. What would you grade the condition?
