Ever spent $350 for an AI mag?

How "very rare" are the AI 10 round 338 mags? There's one on GB, an the guy wants $350 for it. I think I'll stick w/ 5 rounders.

I'm pretty sure the ones on EO at double stack AX mags whereas this looks to be a 10rnd single stack AW mag.
