F T/R Competition F class matches/info

New here so will say hello to all. I would like to give F class a try and sure would appreciate some info. I live in the finger lakes area of NYS and would really like to find out where matches are held, where I could get a rule book.....how about I need to know everything . Appreciate a mentor, smoker 1939

F class is just a special class of NRA high power shooting.

Can't help with the matches in your area, but good luck. It's a lot of fun.

Smoker, someone will chime in from your area I'm sure. I have enjoyed fclass at local clubs. It is great wind practice and usually you'll meet some great guys to shoot with.

You might look through the spreadsheet linked at the top of the following post:

F-Class: Where to shoot spreadsheet. (Rev 15 - 10/18/2013)

If you can find a range within driving distance, your best bet is to get in touch with the Match Directors for either F-Class or High Power, whatever they may have. They can tell you more info about the matches and are usually very happy to assist new shooters with getting involved in the competitions. Good luck!
