Just throwing it out there, if anyone would be interested in a small bore F Class postal match. I am looking into the feasibility to actually have it NRA sanctioned, or just another fun match for here on the hide if the Moderators are OK with that.....
If it is an actual NRA postal match, there will be SR1 cards to fill out, and match fees, (usually around $10.00 to the NRA). Then you will be able to get a classification. Check out the "F Class coming soon" thread for the rules and regs.
