Factory 5R Bottom Metal

Considering selling my stock and bottom metal but I can't seem to find how much the factory BM goes for. Any ideas?

I've seen the stock and BM go for $250 on here.

stock roughly 225 and bottom metal is right at 60 in good condition

Would $300 be asking too much? Rifle is in pristine condition, only has 108 rounds down the tube.
