Factory ammo recommendations for suppressed PCC?

I'm building a custom JP5 9mm PCC with a 16" barrel (1:10 twist) that I plan to use with a suppressor. If I'm not reloading my own ammo and just using factory ammo, what grain would you recommend for this setup?

For practice/training I run Federal American Eagle but my defensive load is the same 124 +P I use for pisrols

Most of the ammo listed above will be supersonic out of a 16” barrel. Almost all 147 gr loads will go super from a 16” barrel.
Your best bet for factory ammo is 165 grain and up.

The IMI subsonic was the quietest in my Uzi.
Not sure if it's imported any more. Israel has a need for ammo at home. . .
