On my Glock 23 the factory rear site sat about perfect in the center and the TFO site, I have to put mostly to the right to hit center mass? Whats up with that?

Can you tell if the TFO sight is not centered - if you just look at the side of the sight compared to the side of the slide?

Well, this is exactly what I'm saying. The TFO is almost all the way to the right.
