Rifle Scopes Falcon Menace Homemade Zero Stop

Has anyone been able to successfully make a zero stop for the menace? I think I have an idea on how to do it but I was looking for guidance from someone here who has already done it and have it work for them.

i sold my menace and bought a pst. i guess that means i made a zero stop

Put a stack of washers under the turret

Part A, I'd suggest a bit of snipershide googlefu. That said, IIRC on some scopes guys were cutting "washers" out of plastic milk cartons & putting them under the elevation turret. They kept adding washers until the turret stopped in the desired position.
DIY & way low tech, yeah, but KISS assuming it works.

a dab of hot glue on the front bottom, facing away from you will work on any scope... and easy to remove, acts like a "bumper"

I did look through the Google search results and found the washer idea. My question is now I understand how to take the turret cap off (the black part) now do I just place the washers there. Or do I need to remove the brass colored insert place the washers underneath then reassemble?
