All their repairs are done through their network of dealers . . . in other words you send it back, and they give you a new one.
What I don't know is what happens if you're not the original owner.

Considering the fact that the scope isn't heavy enough to make a decent boat anchor, I'd recommend using it as a hammer the next time you need to drive a few nails. I sent mine back to the dealer I purchased it from almost four months ago and I'm still waiting for the replacement. I'm sure I could have found lots of creative ways to use it in that amount of time, working or not.
