We all now it was, they made temporary hospitals in lots of big cities and never used them, while simultaneously closing real hospitals and reducing staff due to ridiculous policy decisions like ending voluntary procedures, shutting off the money, then offering money for everyone you list as COVID death, COVID case, and stick on a ventilator to die.
