Rifle Scopes Fast focus eyepiece on Swarovski Z3

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for something expertise here...
I have a brand new swaro z3 3-10x42 mounted on a steyr ssg 69 .308. Here is the issue: the rifle is of known accuracy (consistent 1/2 moa) with a previous scope, but now with the new swaro it will shoot 2 shots touching, the 2 shots 1.75" high, over and over....

The issue seems to be with the fast focus eyepiece. It wobbles, and when it does the reticle moves on the target as much as 3 moa.

Does anyone have a remedy/solution they can share?

Thanks for the reply! I sent it in (through original dealer) Feb 19th. I called swaro with the repair order number and wasn't told anything except that I should get it back mid april... I was hoping for a quicker turn around than that.

well the upside is, where i live, now is as good a time to have shit off getting fixed. the weather blows this time of year.
the turn around time...i can’t say it is out of line. they were super nice to me and not only fixed my binos, they also went over them and did some other nice upgrades.
the only complaint i’d have, is there was no explaination as to what type of repair they had to do, just sent itback fixed. not that it really matters, but i am the kind of guy that is curious about what was done. at any rate, hopefully you have other stuff to keep you occupied until you get your scope back.

I'm with you on wanting to know what they fixed! At least I have a new pmii ultra Bright on it's way from gr8fuldoug this week! That will help me forget about the missing scope for a while.
