It’s not just upper management. It’s all of them and any state or local police that works with or is still willing to work alongside them which happens to be all departments. That oath means dick. Serve and protect is propaganda. Government serves gov’t at the detriment of the people. Always has. Always will. The job of law enforcement is to make sure you like it. Laws are for you and not them or the ruling class they protect.

Keep the FBI Lab as a resource for local departments... Essentially a S&T function.
