I've been shooting it since about March. One of the places I use was open by then . It was only 100 yds. Since I had a prescribed break-in to do the range did not matter much.I shot the first 100 offhand. I like offhand[ my dad insisted I learn that way] and I was not out to score. The rifle is very well balanced. I have HK 91, M1A, AR 10 and FAL. The FD is the best standing offhand.Balance is great. Easy to hold.I can double tap and see the hits next to one another. This was with FGMM. Feeding was unreliable but since it was new I did not worry.I backed out the gas plug about 15 degrees and it worked perfectly. When the county opened the hill behind the house I moved to 500yds. and switched to Winchester Supreme Match. Same 168 gr. but Nosler .These shoot 2 minutes higher than the Federal but just as accurately if not more so.Hitting the 5" circle centered on the steel was easy to boring. This was prone with a bipod. I switched to handloads. LC Match new. Fed 210 M, 168 Sierra and 42 gr. RL 15. These hit same as the FGMM. About round 250 , bolt would not pick up next round. I had not cleaned gas system yet to see what would happen. Found out. Cleaned bore and gas parts and tried the homemades again. Flawless function. I'm gonna' see what I can do with it at 650. I do not have anything greater but 1150 and thats a bit far.Got a 338 for that. The rifle is everything expected/hoped for. It is as advertised.Sorry I cannot talk groups. I do not shoot groups.I t is worth waiting for.
