Last week a John Hopkins doctor wrote an article critical of the FDA taking so long to approve the vaccine. Basically saying the paperwork is sitting on the shelf until December 10th when it could have been done in 2 days once received.

I am watching the meeting live via NPR. Currently they have been going on for over 30 minutes on what to do with the placebo trial participants. Give them the vaccine right away? But then do you let them jump ahead of people who are more at risk? Do you let them become "unblinded" and choosing for themselves if they want to get the vaccine? Lastly how much information will the trials loose from ending it early?

So while they debate something that could be debated after the EUA is given, distribution is on hold until the meeting adjourns at 515pm after voting. People are dying by the minute if you believe the "Nightly News". The more bloviating they do, the more die. Ok, now they are taking their lunch break.......
