You should tell this guy about the new ruling. I just got this in my Facebook feed from the Washoe County Sheriff in Norther Nevada. They have issued a warrant for possession of firearm with changed, altered, removed or obliterated serial number and without bail, no less.

This should nullify Maryland’s las banning new 80 percents and forcing you to have a gun shop put a serial number on all currently owned 80 percent (and putting owners info in their book
