Federal 210M and CCI BR2 in Stock

I hadn’t previously but just did. So fingers crossed.
Had quite the go around with these guys last couple days, thought I’d share.

Placed an order, they offer a free shipping coupon so I used it. Ordered 3 boxes of primers. Went back a couple hours later and ordered 3 more boxes. They offered the code again so I used it again. 2 separate orders, 6 boxes of primers, two free shipping codes.

Got a call yesterday from them telling me that I can’t use the code on hazmat items so they were going to have to charge me an additional $20 per order to ship. I asked if they could ship both orders in the same box and charge one, $20, hazmat fee. The lady advised me that it wasn’t possible to ship them in one box so I was going to have to pay $40 in hazmat fees for both orders. Got thinking and I remembered the hazmat fee on the order screen was $35 and some change for a single order, not the $40 she was saying I needed to pay. So it would make more sense to cancel and replace the orders.

Finally after some back and forth and no help I got off the phone and cancelled both orders (close to a grand worth of primers). I then receive an email this morning saying that once a payment has gone through they are “unable” to cancel a order but that they would make a one time exception for my orders.

Needless to say it will be the last time I send money their way. But an interesting situation that I thought I’d share. They don’t seem to be too keen on customer service.

When I’ve ordered primers and/or powder from other vendors (ex. Midway) I always have separate shipping and haz mat fees, and that makes sense. I've gotten a bunch of 'free shipping' but never free haz mat costs.

I believe the outdoorlimited billing program just didn’t cover the break down of shipping/haz mat fees properly when I put the free shipping code in.

Anyway, I just got off the phone with them too. I didn’t have any problem paying the haz mat fee. In effect, the shipping portion is still free, the site just didn’t put the haz mat fee into the original order, and so we fixed that oops. $20 on my order. Everything seems above board to me.

Where else can you go? At this moment, they seem to be the only place in the country that has BR2's and 210M's in stock, as well as some other primers that I don't need. It would be interesting to know how they got these when Mid South, Midway, etc. haven't had any in quite a while.

Received my case of GM210M's today:
