Feeding issues

After hours of research I am still coming up short on a fix for my feed issue.
Savage 110 6.5 creedmoor same issue 2 different mags.
I tried to post a video but I haven't figured that out yet. The pictures show a round that is incapable of moving forward, I have to move the bolt back slightly for the round to align properly with the bolt face before it will chamber.

Got it fixed. I now have a better understanding to the operation of the bolt and it's components.
