My smith tells me that he is having trouble getting more than two or three rounds to feed in my new surgeon rsr actioned 223ai. the stock is an hs precision model with an integral trigger guard and no botom metal.Any tips would be greatly aprieciated

has he tried tweaking the feed spring??
i had a 223 do something like that and i starched out the feed spring a bit and it works fine now.
might wanna give it a shot and see if it works for u to

It is bedded or just bolted in?
What follower?
Need details. Whats the exact problem? Will it not hold as many as it should? Will the last round not feed? Whats going on?
As with most problems there's a few things it could be.
I'm surprised your smith came to you about it instead of figuring it out himself.
