Absolutely AWESOME. But the greater story, and way more concerning is the pos Prosecutor that let the Case time out due to either not having their shit together, getting a waiver of speedy trial, motion for continuance, or again just not having their shit together. Unexcusable. Someone should have their ass handed to them. A Murder case for christ sake.
