Probably a stupid question but With a FFP MOA/MOA scope can you just read your reticle and dial as you do a MIL/MIL FFP set up eg; if I am 1 moa off to the right just dial that ?

I know you can with mils and I now have my head around that.

I have a FFP MOA/MOA scope coming and just want to know if I can use it in the same manner.

Cheers pc3

Re: FFP MOA/MOA Dialing question

LoneWolfUSMC,

Yea, but what if I measure in cubits? Can I get a scope that subtends in palms and digits? My dials should be in digits I think. Maybe I should ask Lindy. He is like the answer grape of all things that need to be measured?

Cubits have to be easier to understand than attoparsecs.

Actually an English yard could be considered to be a type of cubit (actually 2 cubits), measuring 12 palms, 90 cm, or 36 inches.

Who knew that 1 mil @ 100yds is like 1/10 of a double cubit.......

Bob

Thankyou for that I thought as much but just wanted confirmation.

It's more difficult since there is math involved, but far from impossible.</div></div>

I think he thought you meant a Mil/MoA setup.
