FH or Brake for SAS supressor?

Having a CZ 527 (223) cut down to 18" and cant decide if I should have a flash hider or a brake installed on it for a supressor mount.

Decided to go with SAS since my AI already is set up for it and the SAS 5.56 mounts will work with the 30 cal cans (one can two calibers yes I'm cheap).

So what would be the pros and cons to each? FYI the SAS brake is a 3 chamber style and their FH is a Vortex style if that matters.

I like brakes and on a .223 it would matter precious little. In that case I would consider a Flash Hider for its benefit.

FWIw - I ordered a break for my SAS 7.62. Eventually I'll order a SAS FH for a couple of my .233 AR's and try out the 30 cal. suppressor on them too.
