A little review of the new features of FFS, now you have the possibility to create a custom table of your load, you can do 2 different type of table one like this..
that is the table of an actual conditions..... so you can do any imput... this is the table I've done in Mauritius island yesterday when I'm using a beta version of FFS
or you can create a different tables with different density altitude values, but the very important thing you can have this esactly for your load, you can choose the DA increment and maximum and minimum values...
in about 1,5 second you have a table in excel format in the document section of FFS ready....
for example here I've input only 2 DA value 0 and 500 m... but off course you can what you want..
you have the value for elevation in MIL or MOA, windage, spin drift, lead..... here I've put 1 km/h for windage and lead.....
you have the values for different angle/cousine...... very easy and similar to FDAC concept, but here you can match esactly your load
in the preset table you have a new field with DA value taken from kestrel
yesterday in Mauritius I was at about at 665 meters
the DA was about twice...
here you can choose the DA minimum and maximum values..and the step
you hit accept.....and you are ready to have your table..
I works with Blaine to do some test of this beta version and I think is a very good upgrade, Cory in the web webinar will give you more details on this....... FFS the better choice for a tactical ballistic software.
