Re: Field Shooters Challenge Dec 10 2011

I had a great time at this match. I shot with a great group of people, who although we were competing, were very helpful and encouraging to all the other shooters. Best match I've shot in my short time in this sport.

This is a great match! I'm posting all the shots that I posted in the SHWW thread from the match this past weekend. I shot like crap but had a great time and still had a lot of stuff to pick from on the prize table at the end!

Here's the rifle that JD @ High Speed Shooting Systems put together for me. I can't say enough nice things about him and his customer service/quality of the build. He built the rifle that won the last match. I'm a rookie and haven't put enough time into getting the mags tuned quite right, but this rifle shoots so great!

And the brake works!(BTW - you can barely see the seam between it and the barrel! Awesome machining!)

Re: Field Shooters Challenge Dec 10 2011

Thank you to Scott and the ROs who didn't shoot so that we all could, we really appreciated it. Great course of fire, a lot of fun and very challenging. I am now 100% addicted to competing.

Once again I had a great time and got to meet and hang out with a bunch of great people. Thanks to everyone in my squad and in general for making it a fun day hanging out between stages, I got a lot of good advice and met some new friends.
