Fiesol leveling base

I have a fiesol 3372 with their ball head. I am going to pick up a leveling base, as i like shooting with the release handle to make transitions. My first thought was a rrs TA-3. I see fiesol has a leveling base i could attach a rrs quick release plate to, and save $100.
Anyone used the fiesol?

I got the fiesol leveling base. It works very similar to the ta-3. I will try to get access to a RRS to do a side by side, but it will work with the rrs plate.
