I have a Manners T1 stock not being used for a Howa/Vanguard Long Action right hand.
I want to run a Left handed 700 long action instead if it is possible. I don't know if it is possible to do or even worth doing considering the price of a new stock.

Quick afterthought; a mini chassis might work well?

You can certainly fill it and re-inlet it if you wish. I've used epoxy with styrene "microbeads" as filler; others have used wood chips, short-strand fiberglass, or the like.

While I don't think that the Badger-made mini chassis is available separately, you can find bedding blocks from manufacturers such as Whidden that effectively serve the same purpose (although I'm not aware of any that have a DBM):
