Finally got the new Savage put together

Thanks to my tax refund I was finally able to buy all the stuff I wanted for my Savage 10FP. Thanks to TuscsonDave I was able to get a great deal on the Vortex Razor 5-20X50 and I picked up a set of Vortex Razor rings from Liberty Optics. I love the Razor by the way! Most everyone was out of stock on the B&C Tactical Medalist stocks but I was able to find one at shootersdiscount.com. I'll be picking up a desert tan Eagle stock pack in the next few days and it'll be done. The only delima now is whether or not to Krylon the barreled action! I have a bunch of 155gr Lapua Scenars loaded up that I had been shooting out of an SPS tactical so I guess I'll see how they shoot in the 10 twist Savage! Here's some pics! I thru in a pic thru the scope at some black birds about 250 yards off at 20X, forgive my horrible thru the scope pic taking abilities!

Very nice!

Can you get a shot of the bubble level from behind the rifle? Can you actually see it with that huge elevation knob in the way?

Thanks guys. Glock24, when I get back home in the morning I'll get a pick laying behind the rifle for you. I can see the bubble level very well out of my left eye when I'm benind the rifle.

Glock24, Here's a pic from behind the rifle. I tried to put my cell phone about where my cheek would be. I can actually see the bubble level better with my eye when I'm on the rifle better than you can see it in this pic. You can see that if anything obstructs the view of the level, it's the illumination knob and not the elevation turret. Hope this helps!

Vortex makes it. It comes with the Razor scope.

Nice, ive been waiting for my b&c medalist for 2 weeks. I was told it could take up to 12 weeks. Its so lame. Anyway, nice rifle.
