I got my GAP around a year ago and yesterday finally got to put some serious amount of lead through it. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. I was shooting the last 2 hours of daylight at the range which goes to 200 meters. I got it sighted in good at 100 meters and proceeded to start hitting the steel gongs. The rifle shot so good that I was just trying to swing from target to target as fast as I could to make it a challenge. I resorted to shooting the deer gong(200 meters) on the neck and head to make it even harder and couldn't miss. My US Optics scope made hitting them in near dark conditions easy. I was shooting 75 gr TAP ammo and 75 gr Prvi match and both were excellent. In a few months a GAP in 308 will be on my shopping list.
I'm not a very experienced rifle shooter(just average) and my smallest 5 rd group was 5/8" ctc but i blame that on myself and will try to post some range photo's tomorrow when I find my cord
I cannot wait to go to the long range session in Wytheville that creep in 2 is having on his property and do a little long range steel shooting.
