I have been lurking around here for awhile now and since my rifle came back from the smith it's finally time to show it off.
It started life as a Remington 700p in 7mmRemMag. Scope is a Bushnell 2.5x16 tactical, rings TPS steel on a EGW base. Joe Collier of Collier Rifles here in GA added the bolt knob, little bastard muzzle brake, shortend the bbl 1.5" and recrowned it, glass bedded the stock and cerakoted it.
It would shoot just under .6" at 100 before Joe got ahold of it, my first 3 groups testing it at his range were .376, .365, .453 the last one was my fault since I pulled a shot.
Long range I have had it to 600yds and it would hold 6" before Joe worked on it, next weekend i'm shooting another 600yd match and if I can do my part have no doubt it will be alot smaller groups now.
If you need any work done here in GA Joe Collier is outstanding to deal with and does wonderful work.
