hi I'm registered to take one of Frank's classes coming up in a few months and I have a question.

I'm developing a load for my LR308 and I'm using fired brass. the thing is I dont have enough fired brass to make 250 rounds.

I'm wondering if I can use virgin brass that is the same lot as the fired brass I'm using for load development? i use rcbs competition dies and I full length resize after every firing

Consider that most of the class will be shooting factory ammo. Sooooo, yes you can. Treat the virgin brass exactly as you would the fired brass. Typically virgin brass is slightly slower than fired. Load a few up and test for a charge that mimics your fired brass loads.
