First time out with Begara B-14 HMR

So after reading here carefully for a while a B-14 sorta fell into my lap, LMT 20 MOA rail Vortex Diamondback Tac scope .
the first target was sight in, those six vertical string and then onto 100 yards where the next 5 went into that roughly center group. 168 grain Nosler HP over 45 grains Varget
he next target was also at 100yards 3 separate 3 round groups 178 grain eld-x over 41, 41.5 and 42 grains Varget. The “flyer” on the slightly left group was a terrible trigger jerk by the jerk on the trigger. So back to the bench to load some more for this weekend, 41.5- 42.4 in . 5 increments.
really like the feel and trigger of this rifle. Feeding and bolt lift are wonderful.

Very nice. I went with the Pro in 308 over the HMR, even though I have an HMR in 6.5 that shoots lights out.

Yes very fun to shoot; went with the .308 for two reasons- a super deal fell into my lap ,someone bought the gun added Larue top 20moa rail and bottom rail and a very nice muzzle device and shot it once and then offered it to me for sale at quite a loss and I’m already 308 components heavy. But after first range trip I’m already mulling rifles that can be sold to finance better glass. Don’t know the poundage of the trigger I’m guessing something around 3 pounds but MAN is it smooth.
My one complaint on the HMR is the trigger adjustment. Have to remove the barrels action to do so. I'm 388 rounds into it, and the trigger is really nice now.
That is kinda a oversight on their part , but the rest of the platform is very well executed and I also like that al the stocks at least that I’ve seen are slightly different in terms of color
