Good job.Im in the same boat as you im thinking about doing my first camo job....I just havent grown the kahunas yet........ah hell its just paint......

Re: First try camo.

Thanks for the replies and input. It is mostly OD and Tan. Though I used a light mist of black to blend and tame the brightness of the colors. For those of you with more experience where would u add more tan or OD? and would u sponge in misc areas to add more breakup or spray over and redo some of it????

HA Ha I just went for it without thinking ,.... If I would of thought I would of chickened out. Ha Ha I used the sponge method posted on here a few days ago, but went for a little more blend (maybe too much blend). Anyways go for it. I used krylon fusion Camo paint and it was great to work with . Dried enough to add other paints on top of it in like 5 mins.

ha ha u know your right it does....
wow how sad is that, im the one that painted it and didn't even notice till u said something. It does look a lot like my buddies jacket now that I think of it.

Re: First try camo.

It blends better than the original all black stock. It is a little too dark on the grass. Out in the woods it looks pretty good on the dirt and ground cover. I think I would like to add some more color but im not sure what where and how. The one thing I am noticing is the pattern accents are all to dark and don't really seem to break up the profile enough.Form a distance it looks all one color. Im thinking about just doing some more sponged on colors like the tan and maybe some more brighter green and brown. Im open ideas. If i decide to do it I will repost new pics.
Thanks for the positive feedback.

I was so nervious to do it too, but worst case u can just re-do it again and again and again... and well u get my point lol.

good luck if u do it.
