Fitness and diet are directly proportional to each other, if one decreases another decreases as well. Fitness comes from diet plan, it's a kind of plan when to eat, what to eat and how much to eat. If you know what you're eating then you won't face any fitness problems and you can prevent yourself from getting different diseases, infections and allergies.

Im not sure what your definition of "fitness" is but diet doesn't directly impact how fit sombody is. I know some guys that eat shit food and party had on weekends and are very fit one is a triathlete and while they are very fit their overall health isint great , and like wise I know of people who eat extreamly healthy but get gassed walking 2 flights of stairs.

fitness and healthy diet do work much better when paired together but don't think just because to eat great that you don't have to exercise to get fit
