Just wondering if you can fit a POF 416 lower onto a Colt 6920 upper? I've heard somethiing about Colt having non-standard fittings for the takedown pins. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with this? Thanks!
This was only an issue on Colt lowers/uppers a few years ago that used a non-standard size front takedown pin. Colt has used standard 0.250" front takedown pins for a while now if your upper is a newer model. If you have access to the 6920 lower...any serial # over 55xxx should be standard pin size.
Like Scott said...if you would happen to have a large pin upper adapters are cheap and available. See here:
