Suppressors Fixed Barrel Spacer question...

Found them for an outrageous price. Also found a few videos on do it yourself. Anyone make such a spacer here for their own use, what material did you use, and does it work? I'll be using it on an Osprey 45 mounted to an MP5 clone with the 8" bbl. Thanks!

I suppose if you're a cheapskate like me...... I figured a member somewhere fabricated their own spacer....I reckon I may just scoop one up. And just in case anything goes wrong, I can honestly say I used the proper parts not some left over plumbing pipe....maybe I'll go take a closer look at the section I just replaced....gotta fish it out of the garbage...
