Flash hole size

Are all flash holes the same size for example large rifle primer .xxxx and small rifle primer .xxxx. Do they differ from different manufactuers?

Large rifle brass and small rifle brass have the same size .080 flash hole. The exception is many of the Lapua match caliber small primer brass have the .059 flash hole. Ray

Thank you i want a flash deburring tool but wasnt sure what size or if it was a magnum was it larger diam
