Florida studets support socialism, but don't support the redistribution of GPAs from higher GPA earners to lower GPA earners. Why?....well, "I've worked so hard for my GPA". Oh the hypocrisy.

A lot of those kids do not even know what socialism is. They spout it and follow it because it is the current fad being pushed by their favorite pop culture outlets. Just like the Che Guevara shirts and hammer&sickle tote bags. They see it as "fashion", "hip", and "suave", because everybody and their mother/father/brother/sister/cousin is doing it. If you ask them to explain the real definition of these symbols, give historical examples and describe how these policies and leaders have affected the areas which they ruled, they will NOT be able to answer a single thing.
I really think for some of these idiots it's as simple as buying into a wordplay. They engage in social media and social activism and social causes so socialism must be all those things!
It was rather entertaining watching the gears grind to a halt once the parallel was drawn between grades and earnings. Everyone of those kids you could see the moment when reality hit them square in the face, then when they tried to explain anything it was if a light bulb just burned out and each of them had no idea what to do.
Well, that was hard to watch.....
